At Taji Wigs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following terms:
1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Wigs must not show any signs of cutting, coloring, washing, styling, or installation.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
3. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are borne by the customer,

Except where the item was delivered damaged or incorrect due to an error by Taji Wigs.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Wigs that have been worn, installed, customized, or altered.

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.

Accessories (unless delivered damaged or incorrect).
5. Return Process

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.

Proof of purchase and clear evidence (such as photos/videos) may be required for damaged or incorrect items.
6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of our approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Taji Wigs.
7. Exchanges
