At Taji Wigs, we are committed to delivering your wigs promptly and in perfect condition.

Order Processing Hours

All orders are processed during our business hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM shall be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

• Within Nairobi:
  Orders placed from Monday to Saturday are delivered same day.

• Outside Nairobi / Further from the Capital:
  Orders will be delivered within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

• Sunday Orders:
  Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and delivered on Monday.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location, traffic, or weather conditions.

Incorrect Address & Liability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.

• We are not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

• If a delivery is made to an incorrect address and the item is successfully retrieved, any additional costs incurred in correcting the delivery will be borne by the customer.

• If the item is not retrieved from the incorrect recipient or location, no refunds will be issued.
